Citizenbase - initial response
We are receiving a gratifying number of enquiries about CitizenBase, our innovative new purpose-designed system for managing the names, details, interests and contacts of people interested in consultation processes.
The system has now been integrated into our current running projects and has dramatically improved the management of stakeholder data. To consult on congestion issues, for Cambridgeshire County Council, Citizenbase is being utilised to manage the attendance of local stakeholders to 7 different workshops across the county.
The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority's Stakeholder engagement programme involves a combination of national and local meetings, and online consultations. Citizenbase is now being used to hold the records of these stakeholders, to track invitations, attendance and special requirements for meetings, and levels of participation in online processes.
"Citizenbase has been a vital part of our consultation process. Now we can see who we've contacted, who's interested and in what, and their details are there for us to use if we want to consult them again. It's great to have so much information all in one place.". Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council
